Hi I’m Naomi, the founder of Glow Sanctum. I specialise in Permanent Makeup, bespoke skin treatments and tweakments for busy, active women. I can help you to look your best while simplifying your beauty routine; saving you time, effort and energy.
With a degree in Art & Design and over 10 years of experience in healthcare management, I first cut my teeth in the entertainment industry, working as a freelance makeup artist. My role was to create makeup and hair looks for films and editorials in London, which led to my passion for helping people feel more confident about how they look.
After running a private medical practice for several years in London, I decided to take a different direction during the Covid years, and re-trained as a permanent makeup artist at the Natural Enhancement school in Kew Bridge, one of the UK’s leading schools for permanent makeup. I studied advanced aesthetics at the Manchester School of Aesthetics and after a couple of years, I opened a small private clinic in Hanwell, West London, where I am today.
My deep understanding of colour and shape and skin allows me to offer you a fully customised approach, which is really important if you’re after a natural and flattering result.
You will find Glow Sanctum to be a professional, calm and welcoming sanctuary where you are seen and listened to.
I look forward to welcoming you!
Qualified to Level 4 ITEC VTCT as a permanent makeup artist and with a number of qualifications in advanced aesthetics, I consider myself a ‘forever student’, eager to build on my solid foundations with regular Masterclasses and Continued Professional Development courses within a rapidly changing cosmetics and aesthetics field.

COMMUNITY
I have always believed in the power of creativity to support wellbeing and strengthen communities, and was honoured to be elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in February 2020.
In 2016 I co-founded BEAT, Ealing’s first Art Trail, which has since grown into a much-loved annual event showcasing the work of local artists.
That same year I was elected by the sector to serve as the Voice of Ealing Arts at the Ealing Community Network, a post I held for three years, advocating for collaboration, sustainability and greater visibility for the arts across the borough.
Later, I co-founded the Ealing Arts and Health Alliance with the Young Ealing Foundation, which secured Challenge London Legacy funding to explore the positive impact of the arts on youth mental health. The Alliance has since merged with Ealing’s Cultural Education Partnership, ensuring the continuation of this vital work at a borough-wide level.
After losing both of my parents to Cancer in 2018 and 2020, I am donating 2% of all profits from Glow Sanctum to Cancer Research.
